Stephen Isaacs was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ECU in February 2011. Stephen was formerly a director of fixed income trading and syndication at Credit Suisse. He founded Zeliba Investments, a private equity fund, in 1996, and is Chairman of the Investment Committee at Alvine Capital, a specialist investment adviser. Stephen is a PPE graduate from Lincoln College Oxford. He holds an IMC level 3 and is also a CFA UK.

Michael Petley is ECU’s Chairman of the Investment Committee. Michael has more than 20 years of experience in trading FX, having co-founded ECU in 1988. Until 2008, he presided over the successful management of ECU's core currency products, positioning ECU as a pioneering leader in its field. He rejoined ECU in February 2011.

Rona Delves-Broughton was appointed as a non-executive director in 2009. She has been a Lloyds Underwriter since 1976 and a director of Kensington Underwriting since 1997. Rona has served on the Council of Lloyds for two periods, has been a member of Lloyds Investment Board since 1999, a member of Lloyds Capital Transfer Committee since 2003 and Chairman of the High Premium Group since 1995. She was also formerly a Trustee of Lloyds Charities Trust.
