Charles Manduca is Chief Executive Officer. He is a solicitor and was a partner in Lovells for 20 years where his clients included banks and financial institutions. He became ECU's General Counsel in 2006 and Chief Executive Officer at the end of 2008. |

Charles Romilly co-founded ECU in 1988 and left in 1995 to found IFX Markets where he initiated the reverse takeover of Zetters Group plc in 2000. He joined IG Group as Head of Business Development in January 2005 before rejoining ECU in November 2005. |

Alexander Jones started work at N.M. Rothschild & Sons before leaving to found Bede Securities Limited. Bede was acquired by Jardine Matheson in 1985 where Alexander became Managing Director of their UK and Far Eastern investment management operations. In 1988 he founded Cleveland Capital Management plc which was acquired by ECU in 1992. He rejoined the board of ECU in 2004 and acted as Chief Operating Officer until the end of 2008 and rejoined the board in 2009. |

| Lady Rona Delves-Broughton Non-Executive Director |

Rona Delves-Broughton has been a Lloyds Underwriter since 1976. She has been a director of Kensington Underwriting Limited since 1997 and Doddington Park Farm Limited since 1995. Rona has served on the Council of Lloyds for two periods, has been a member of Lloyds Investment Board since 1999, a member of Lloyds Capital Transfer Committee since 2003 and Chairman of the High Premium Group since 1995. She was also formerly a Trustee of Lloyds Charities Trust. Rona has a wealth of regulatory experience and joined the ECU board in 2009. |
